I spend a lot of time thinking about how our digital spaces shape our attention, and how small, thoughtful systems can help us live with more clarity and intention.
Most of what I write about sits at the intersection of everyday technology and real life. Notion, Apple workflows, design decisions, and the practical realities of building things that are meant to be used, not admired.
Alongside writing, I build the tools I talk about. Minimalist wallpapers, Notion templates, and small digital projects designed to reduce distraction and bring a sense of calm to everyday digital life.
I’m less interested in optimisation for its own sake, and more interested in tools that quietly support how we think, work, and live.
